on Target Modeler - Навижиновский инструмент для рисования и отображения диаграм бизнес-процессов. Поддерживается свой аналог UML.
Другими словами - OnTarget инструмент для визуализации процессов, которые даются в методологии внедрения.
По идее, данные этой программы можно переносить в живую систему - в Attain. Т.е. Modeler задумывался как некий аналог комплекса BPWin-ErWin. Но в это уже верится с трудом.

OnTarget Modeler is designed to aid in the process of implementing a business
solution through the analysis and documentation of business processes and their
translation into system-specific objects. These activities so vital to any successful
implementation effort can be performed in the OnTarget Modeler by any level of user
from manager to consultant to customer.
There are two distinct elements to the implementation of a business software solution.
The first is the analysis and documentation of improved business processes for the
future. The second is the configuration of a software solution to support those
improved processes. Bringing these two elements together can be extremely difficult,
often involving a great deal of trial and error.
OnTarget Modeler provides a bridge between these elements through the translation
of visually-designed business processes into concrete system objects. This
translation, besides saving time and ensuring a higher level of fidelity to the business
vision, also provides some invaluable side benefits, among them the ability to create a
prototype and the ability to export to a HTML file, thereby providing full documentation
of the implementation effort.
