NAV Team: RTC Limitation – Max. No. of XML records to send is limited to 5000

In NAV 2009 (RTM , SP1, R2) RoleTailored Client there is actually an upper limit of maximum 5000 records exported for the Send To MS Excel, MS Word, etc. functionality. This has been done for performance reasons.

In the Classic Client there is the option (Tools > Options > Max. no. of XML records to send) to set this value per client. This feature has not been implemented in the aforementioned versions for the RoleTailored Client.
