Experience of implementing Sales and Customer Service CRM solutions
either in industry or for a consulting company

Experience of MS CRM 3.0

Proven knowledge of end-to-end sales processes and workflows

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

SQL Server 2000/2005; TSQL (Transact SQL required) & SQL Reporting
Services experience

IIS 5.0 - 6.0

Experience of workflow, Callouts

Ability to code Java Script
